Terms of Service

Move-In View is operated by Joshua Thomas, a sole proprietor in Coolidge, Arizona ("we", "us"). By sending us photos or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The service
We add virtual furniture and décor to photos of rooms you send us and return the edited images. We only add items that would not convey with the sale of the property. We do not change walls, windows, doors, flooring, fixtures, views or the condition of the property.
Your photos
You confirm you have the right to use and edit the photos you send, including permission from the photographer where needed. You keep all rights you have in your photos. We use them only to complete your order, and we will not use them to promote our service without your written permission.
Using the staged images
You may use the staged images to market the property shown. You are responsible for disclosing that the images are virtually staged as required by your MLS, your brokerage and applicable law, and for not using the images in a misleading way.
Delivery and revisions
Photos received by 9 pm Arizona time are normally delivered by 10 am the next day. Each photo includes one free revision if you request it within 7 days of delivery.
Payment
Your first room is free. After that, prices are shown on our website at the time of your order. We invoice after delivery, and payment is due by card within 7 days. If you are not satisfied after a revision, tell us and you will not be charged for that photo.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for MLS fines or decisions resulting from how images are used or disclosed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
