Ready for the new ARMLS rules
Since May 28, 2026, ARMLS requires staged photos to carry the Flexmls Digitally Altered disclosure, with the unaltered original uploaded directly before or after each one. Fines of $200 per violation start in December 2026.

How fast is it?
Send photos by 9 pm and you'll have them by 10 am the next day. Most orders come back sooner.
What photos work best?
Your original, full-size listing photos of empty rooms, taken level and in good light. Horizontal photos work best.
Is this done with AI?
Yes. We use AI image models to place the furniture, and a person reviews every photo before delivery. Anything that changes the home itself, or just looks off, gets redone.
Can I use these on the MLS?
Yes, with the required disclosure. ARMLS allows virtually staged photos when you mark them with the Flexmls Digitally Altered disclosure and upload the original next to each one. We set up your files to make that easy.
